  • Facebook Page data: When you connect a Facebook Page, we access your Page name, Page ID, and comments on your posts/live videos to facilitate social commerce order processing.
  • Comment data: Public comments on your connected Facebook Page posts and live videos, including commenter names and Facebook user IDs, used to create customer orders.
  • Transaction data: Orders, sales, and payment information processed through the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain our point-of-sale and social commerce services.
  • To process comments from Facebook into customer orders (CF Live feature).
  • To manage your store, inventory, and transactions.
  • To communicate with you about your account and services.
  • To improve our platform and user experience.

4. Facebook Data Usage

When you connect your Facebook Page to our CF Live feature, we receive webhook notifications for comments on your posts and live videos. We use this data solely to:

  • Parse comment-based orders (e.g., "CF1").
  • Create and manage customer orders linked to your live selling sessions.
  • Identify customers by their public Facebook name for order fulfillment.

We do not sell, share, or use Facebook data for advertising purposes. You can disconnect your Facebook Page at any time from your store settings, which will stop all data collection from Facebook.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication tokens, and access controls to protect your information.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account or disconnect a Facebook Page, associated data is removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Disconnect your Facebook Page at any time.
  • Delete your account and all associated data.

8. Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, disconnect your Facebook Page from the CF Live settings or contact us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
